Hot Toys unveils Hulkbuster Iron Man 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure

There’s much to look forward to this summer season when Avengers: Age of Ultron hits theaters. Not only will Earth’s Mightiest Heroes duke it out against the titular villain, but the film is expected to shift the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a way that causes friends and allies to butt heads and question allegiances with one another.

One such conflict will be between the superhero group’s scientist buddies Tony Stark and Bruce Banner, better known by their alter egos “The Invincible Iron Man” and “The Incredible Hulk“! In Age of Ultron, something will cause the Hulk to go on a rampage around the city, which results in Tony taking the necessary steps in putting a stop to his angry green friend.

ENTER HULKBUSTER IRON MAN… And Hong Kong based toy manufacturer Hot Toys has just released preview images of the HUGE mechanical exosuit that Ol’ Shellhead wears to take on the Green Goliath!

Standing at approximately 55 cm (or 21 inches), the Hulkbuster is a MASSIVE toy worth displaying for any Hot Toys collector out there who’s been itching to get this figure since it was shown in the first Avengers: Age Of Ultron trailer. The 1/6 scale collectible has about 16 different LED lights around its body, including the eyes, chest, back, and even an open up chest to reveal a Mark XLVIII Iron Man bust controlling the suit from the inside! That’s something truly wonderful to look forward to… Especially fans and collectors of the many armors of Iron Man!
