Ryan Reynolds reveals himself as Deadpool; First official film logo and synopsis released
Taking to revealing the first look of the Merc with a Mouth in style, Ryan Reynolds has released the first official photo of himself as Wade Wilson for next year's Marvel movie based on the wacky mutant mercenary himself, Deadpool! Also the official website for the film is online, giving fans a look at the film's official logo and synopsis.
Not one to shy away from expectation and anticipation, Hollywood star and Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds has tweeted his first official photo shot as Marvel’s “Merc With A Mouth“, posing ala Burt Reynolds and making way for Wade Wilson’s big debut in the big screen next year!
Taking to his own official Twitter page, Reynolds posted the above image, with a little paraphrasing of a famous quote that a certain webslinger uses time and again to boot.

Following the hilarious reveal, the official “Deadpool” movie website launched online and showed off the film’s official logo and synopsis.
The official synopsis of the film reads as follows:
“Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.”
And there you have it. Wade Wilson, the craziest mutant mercenary of the Marvel Universe, will be coming to theaters soon!
Deadpool, released by 20th Century Fox and part of the X-Men film Universe, will be released on February 12, 2016.
