[Watch] Prologue for Fan-made Warhammer 40,000 film – The Lord Inquisitor

Citizens of Holy Terra (formerly known as Earth to the old ones), feast your eyes on this wonderfully crafted art that is the prologue to the most anticipated fan-made Warhammer 40,000 film, “The Lord Inquisitor“. Check it out guys.

The Lord Inquisitor is a CGI fan film, based on the popular tabletop miniatures war game called Warhammer 40,000 by Gamesworkshop. The film is developed by Erasmus Brosdau and it looks like it centers on Marcus Allenbrisk, a young and promising Inquisitor serving under Lord Inquisitor Torquemada Coteaz of the Ordo Malleusas as they are sent to investigate the planet Occulta Majoris.

The project was started in 2010 by Erasmus Brosdau – a Senior 3D Artist and now Art Director at Crytek. Looking for a challenge to test his skills, experience, and creativity, he chose to create a short movie based on the Warhammer 40,000 property – a universe already famous for its dark gothic sci-fi themes and ambiance.

The full short film is slated to premiere in 2017. For the Emperor!
