Final Fantasy XIV’s Latest Patch ‘Soul Surrender’ is chock-full of New Content! | TGS 2016

TGS was a blast and one of the reasons for that was the awesomeness of Square-Enix Booth and all their features that would leave a true fan foaming in the mouth! One that truly stood out was Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn with its sale aaand its patch 3.4: Soul Surrender!

For those unfamiliar with the game, FFXIV: A Realm Reborn is an Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) featuring all the goodness and lore that made us love the Final Fantasy franchise. From Chocobos to Moogles, Airships and Summons, this game gives us a feel of how it is to carve your own path in Final Fantasy world. As a cherry on top, it also features a compelling story that’ll certainly get you hooked! FFXIV follows a subscription basis model, letting you access the game for a fee… a well-spent one if you ask me!

Got the basic gist? Good! The Soul Surrender Patch gives us even more Final Fantasy awesomeness, bringing new story and side quests. You may even encounter the legendary Warring Triad, reminiscent of the epic boss from FFVI lore! There are new updates to the Manderville Golden Saucer (Yes, this world has its Gold Saucer!), new items for your in-game houses, new weapons and much much more!
