THE HYPE IS REAL! ARE YOU READY, MANILA?
In a few days, we lay witness again to probably the biggest e-Sports event to be held in the Philippines this 2017: The Dota 2 Manila Masters is upon us! Get hyped ladies and gentlemen, this is going to be absolutely BONKERS!
Being held again at the SM Mall of Asia Arena where last year’s ESL One Manila and Manila Major occurred, Manila Masters is expected to rally throngs of Dota 2 and e-Sports fans on May 26 to 28 as 8 of the world’s best International Dota 2 teams fight it out to be the first Manila Masters champion!
So far, the teams have already been arriving and we sure hope they like the weather like they like their Dota 2 action, HOT and INTENSE, as these guys are about to feel the passion from the Filipino crowd for 3 days of grueling and high level games! Check out the teams Faceless, Newbee, iG, and NP as they arrive in the Philippines!
The only team not here yet is EG but we can expect them to come in anytime today or tomorrow. In the meantime, two of the favorites of the tournament have landed already and based on their recent performances, they will be considered to be the teams to beat in this event. Check out OG and Secret!

Expect nothing but fierce competition amongst the 8 teams, with our very own Clutch Gamers (who’s been getting quite a recognition in the international community) fighting for their team and the flag as well! Their first opponent will be iG and we can hope that their multiple qualifier wins over the past month can give them the confidence and momentum to take it far into the masters. Goodluck, guys!
