ASUS reveals new TUF Gaming products
When the going gets TUF, the TUF gets gaming!
The TUF Gaming line from ASUS expands its family of gaming peripherals and other components which embrace a sense of style and performance that gives you that gaming setup and feel you’ve always wanted. The all new TUF Gaming family consists of the M5 mouse, K5 keyboard, H5 headset and the ASUS TUF FX504.
TUF Gaming M5
We always have our hands clicking and scrolling our mouse every time we use our computers for obvious reasons and that leads to wear and tear, but the TUF Gaming M5 Mouse is coated in a nice durable grey paint that can stand long uses with its Omron switches in the left and right buttons – ready for them long gaming hours. The M5 is rated to survive 50 million clicks, making it a good companion for click-centric Gamers all around. Just like any other gaming mouse the M5’s buttons are programmable using the Armoury II software where you can customize your own M5 to fit your gaming style.
TUF Gaming K5 keyboard
Much like your mouse, keyboards also face the everyday abuse from the heavy hands of gamers who can’t wait to get their game on and, even worse, some accidental drink spillage. But the TUF Gaming K5 keyboard is not afraid of that as its splash proof design can stand at least 60 ml of liquid spills.
The surface is also coated with three layers of paint that can stand any kind of spill that dares to land on its beautiful surface. The Mech-Brane switches under each key caps is specially tuned to mimic that mechanical feel every time you press each of its caps. Also, its backlighting stretches across its keys and can be personalized to fit your taste. The K5 can run in tandem with the M5 mouse giving you an awesome game experience.
TUF Gaming H5 Headset
This headset is designed with durability and style in mind. The stainless steel headband adds strength in the key areas around your head while giving it a premium look. Plus, its lightweight design makes it comfortable for long gaming sessions.
A 50-mm Essence driver backed on its airtight chamber improves sound quality and includes its USB adapter to add virtual surround sound that puts you in total game mode.
ASUS TUF FX504
We already got our hands on this tough baby but, just to give you an idea, The TUF Gaming FX504 offers a comfortable 1.8mm keyboard to type and game on. It also rocks an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8300H along with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 which they claim allows it to hit triple-digit frame rate in many popular games. Again, its lovely display makes it a good company to binge-watch whatever series you like.
