Collectors eagerly awaiting the big news on when the big baddie of the next Avengers film will arrive in the hottest and pristine collectible action figure line today… Your prayers are going to be answered very very soon.
In a teaser image that is just as badass and ominous as the titular villain appeared in the first teaser trailer to Marvel Studios upcoming big superhero team movie sequel that is “Avengers: Age of Ultron” this year, Hong Kong based toy manufacturer Hot Toys has released the first look at the upcoming Ultron 1/6 scale Collectible Action Figure! While no details have been given nor has any announcement for pre-orders come, this figure has been confirmed to arrive alongside the already previewed line of characters that make up Earth’s Mightiest Heroes as they appear in the sequel, as well as the not-yet-released Vision, Scarlet Witch, and Quicksilver figures.
The only thing that Hot Toys put in their official Facebook page with this teaser is the words “There are no strings on me”… Which of course a quote Ultron picks up from the song “I Have No Strings” featured in Disney’s Pinocchio. That same song is used in the Age of Ultron trailer… Only more distorted and haunting that perfectly fits the sentient evil A.I’s nature.
