Not wasting time and proving that The Force is strong with hype, interest, and fandom for the upcoming new sequel in a saga far, far away, Walt Disney Pictures, LucasFilm, and J.J. Abrams have unleashed the brand new theatrical trailer to "Star Wars: The Force Awakens"!

Living up to their word and showing off brand new footage during ESPN’s Monday Night Football for the sequel that has everyone hyped, excited, and ready to return to a galaxy far, far away, Walt Disney Pictures, LucasFilm, and director J.J. Abrams have released the brand new theatrical trailer to the newest film in the long running Star Wars saga with “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”!

Set 30 Years after the events of “Return of the Jedi”, The Force Awakens centers on new characters named Finn, Rey, and Poe Dameron, as they each have destinies that lead them to adventures and interactions with heroes from the past films. A new menace also appears in the form of Kylo Ren, a dark warrior who leads the First Order, and somehow the legends of The Force revolving the Jedi and Sith play a part in this tale that begins a brand new saga in the Star Wars franchise.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters on December 18, 2015.
