Drank the first season down too fast? Well here’s something to bite at! Adi Shankar’s Castlevania animated series is going to have a second season, and this time it will run for 8 episodes!
The first season’s very binge-able 4-episode series streamed over the weekend and it got a really good response from the viewers, telling us that the number of episodes don’t really make the show.
If Castlevania is any indication that good videogame-to-TV adaptations are coming, then sign me up! Also adding to this, Shankar announced last week that his next project would be an “anime” based on Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed series, so that’s one more thing to watch out for.
No word yet on a release date. So for now let me hibernate into my coffin till the next season comes…
The first season is great but it’s too short…i hope this second season will fill the gaps of the story and I do hope it will be shown sooner in Netflix.
