Stars Align for the Dota 2 All Star Weekend happening this weekend!

October just got a little hotter, with events popping out of the woodwork like mushrooms, we’ve got another sizzler right here and it promises to be a doozy! Ladies and Gentlemen, the Dota 2 All Star Weekend 2017 is set to take Manila by storm on October 13-15 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena! If you’re still on the fence about making the trip this weekend, I’m pretty sure you’ll make up your mind by the end of this article!

First off, the lineup of team and talent attending the event is STACKED. We’ve got PPD’s new team Optic Gaming and if you haven’t heard, they are no slouch as we’ve got names like Misery, Pajkatt, CCNC, and Zai rounding up this up and coming team. iG Vitality is in the mix too as well as the CIS region powerhouse Virtus Pro. TnC Pro Team, Execration, Happy Feet, TaskUs, and Young Minds will also take part in the event as they will represent their hometown with heads help up high!

The legendary caster Tobiwan will also be on board, along with Merlini, Sir Action Slacks, Chuan, and the lovely Pinda Panda to bring us 3 days of awesome entertainment!

We can’t have the pro teams get all the fun, am I right? The All Star Weekend will also pit 3 people from the audience to team up with 2 pro players to form a 5 on 5 battle unlike any other! The pro-am challenge will be a dream come true for lucky participants and expect a fun game that could get serious real quick!

What is an All Star Weekend without entertainment? Well we’ve got plenty of that as renowned acts such as The Kinjas, Addictive TV, Silent Sanctuary, Itchyworms, Parokya ni Edgar and much more will show their own brand of skill as they perform in front of thousands of Dota 2 fans to make the weekend extra memorable.
