Rurouni Kenshin: Hokkaido Arc Continues This June!

The desire of the fans have been answered!

The legend continues.

The official website of Shueisha’s Jump SQ Magazine just revealed that the Rurouni Kenshin: Hokkaido Arc manga will resume publication starting this June. If you can recall, the manga went on a temporary hiatus last year due to its creator, Nobuhiro Watsuki being charged for possession of child pornography. Watsuki was later fined with 200,000 yen back in February.

According to the site, it is said that Watsuki is living a life of reflection and atonement as of the moment, but because of the desire of its fans, the manga creator decided that continuing the story is a matter of duty.

Rurouni Kenshin: Hokkaido Arc manga will continue this June 4. What do you guys think? Excited for Battousai’s return? Sound it off in the comments!

Thank you, Otakomu.
