Looks like the rumors are true as the film plans to adapt the ‘Substitute Shinigami’ arc. For the uninitiated, Bleach is a manga series that centers on Ichigo Kurosaki, a person who can see spirits and ends up obtaining the power of a Soul Reaper. With this power, he has the duty to defend the living world from evil spirits known as Hollows.
The “Bleach” live action film will open in Japan on July 20 2018.
