PlayStation Now adds Download Features for PS2 and PS4 Games

Starting right now (pun intended), PlayStation Now users will now have the power to stream as well as download PlayStation Now games to their beloved PlayStation 4 console! That’s according to Sony Interactive Entertainment’s recent announcedment.

And yes, what this means is you can now play your favorite classic games both locally and offline! For those curious, the PlayStation Now lineup of PlayStation 2 games which are being emulated for PlayStation 4 as of this post, support this new feature.

Additionally, Sony stated that while downloaded games are playable offline, you still need to connect your PlayStation 4 to the Internet to verify your PlayStation Now subscription.
