The budget smartphone race is heating up as the Honor 8C arrives in the PH

Here's another promising smartphone that's under 10k PHP!

In the past couple of days, lots of smartphone brands have released smartphones at insanely competitive prices of less than PHP 10k. One such brand is Honor with its latest budget model, the 8C.

 

The Honor 8C features a speedy Snapdragon 632 processor and a 4000 mAh battery that’ll should let users play most Android games even in marathon gaming sessions. The 8C also has a 6.26-inch notched display.

 

As for its cameras, the Honor 8C packs a 13 MP + 2 MP rear camera setup and an 8 MP front shooter. One distinct feature of the phone is its gradient matte blue finish which Honor dubs the ‘Cat’s Eye’.

 

With this design in mind, Honor revealed the phone’s official brand ambassador, and it’s a cat! Named Meowington, this cat is the official mascot of Honor’s latest smartphone!

 

The Honor 8C is priced at PHP 7,999 for the 3GB/32GB version, and it will be available through authorized resellers starting tomorrow, March 30. The phone will also be available on Shopee, with the first 200 buyers getting a free Honor Band 4.
