Samsung Members is a one-stop app created just for Galaxy users. With this app, users will be able to get various perks such as discounts and freebies from brands such as Jollibee, McDonald’s, Foodpanda, Chatime, Coffee Bean, and others. The app also offers a robust customer service experience which includes a live chat service from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, as well as a 24/7 hotline for Samsung smartphones via #Galaxy (#425299) on mobile phones or via landline at (02) 422-2177.
