If you think standard 27-inch monitors are too small but think TVs are too slow for gaming, ASUS has just the thing for you. ASUS recently launched the ROG Strix XG438Q, the world’s biggest and fastest 4K UHD FreeSync 2 HDR gaming monitor.

At 43-inches, the ROG Strix XG438Q is one large monitor that should provide an immersive experience, all without sacrificing gaming performance. The monitor features a 4K UHD panel with an fast 120Hz refresh rate, DisplayHDR™ 600 certification, and support for AMD Radeon™ FreeSync™ 2 HDR technology.

Thanks to its fast refresh rate (that supports Free Sync 2) and large resolution, the ROG Strix XG438Q should be a great match for players of both esports titles and triple-A games.

Gaming isn’t the only thing you can do with the Strix XG438Q. Given its HDR support, the display has a wider color range and higher contrast than traditional monitors, making it a fitting screen for movie/series binge-watching. Finally, the Strix XG438Q delivers DCI-P3 90% color gamut and contrast performance that meets the requirement for DisplayHDR™ 600 certification, making it ideal for professional designers.
