Remember MU Online? Well, if you’re one of the many players of the MMORPG back in the day that have clamored for its return, then you won’t have to wait for long. PlayPark recently announced that it has partnered with Webzen to re-launch MU Online in Southeast Asia.

The agreement was made last July 2019 at Webzen’s HQ in Pangyo, South Korea. As part of the deal, MU Online will be re-launched on PC in the following regions: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. Upon launch, players in the aforementioned countries can play in either the SEA or Thai servers.

“We are very excited to launch the official MU service in Southeast Asia. This game is loved by millions of gamers throughout the region who used to play for long hours. Hoping to see them all again,” said LJ “GM WarGod” Peniera, MU Online SEA Product Lead.

While MU Online’s return has been confirmed, there’s no word yet on when the game will be launched.
