Sony Acquires Insomniac Games

Sony just acquired Insomnia Games, which are known to produce games such as Spyro, Ratchet and Clank, The Resistance and recently their most successful game to date – Spider-Man, which was released last year and selling approximately 13.2 million copies worldwide.

Before the acquisition the company worked closed with Sony for 25 years. They also collaborated with different gaming companies such as Microsoft (Sunset Overdrive) and made VR games too for the Oculus Rift. Its pretty safe to say that it wont get any titles soon for the other platforms.

And with that said… I hope with this we can finally have more news on Marvel’s Gamerverse soon!
