The first PLDT-Smart Converged Store in QC opens in Vertis North
The one-stop shop PLDT and Smart subscribers!
PLDT and Smart have strengthened their presence in Quezon City with the opening of the new PLDT-Smart Converged Store in Vertis North. The new store was opened yesterday, August 1, and is a one-stop “experiential hub and digital lifestyle store” made for PLDT and Smart subscribers.
“We’ve received great feedback from our first PLDT-Smart store in BGC, and we would like to replicate that experience for our customers in the metro north area,” PLDT’s Chief Revenue Officer Al Panlilo said. “Quezon City has always been a key market for us, and we look forward to serving our customers better through our industry-leading digital solutions and support services.”
At the PLDT-Smart Converged store, subscribers of one (or both) telcos have access to a variety of premium services. The Converged store’s services include the self-service InfoTouch Booth which allows customers to view and print billing summaries, check account details and submit repair requests. The store also has a Smart Super Kiosk which lets customers pay their bills or request a change of SIM card without having to queue. Customers can also use the Broadband Visualizer, a service that allows customers to check data usage for different types of online activities as well estimate download and upload times.
At the store with a friend/family member? An Interactive Table is set up for guests where they can browse, play, watch, or listen while waiting for their companions inside the store.
The PLDT-Smart Converged Store is located at the 4th floor of Ayala Malls Vertis North, Quezon City.
