LOL Worlds 2019 Semifinals Update — And Now There are Four
Things are heating up!
Greetings Summoners! Just a quick update on the storm brewing at Worlds 2019. The 8 teams of the Knockout Stage are now down to 4 and the Semifinals are the next stop.

In a coincidental turn of events, all match-ups ended up in a 3-1 record. No sweeps, no game fives. In the Semis, the defending champs Invictus Gaming will fight it out with their LPL comrades, FunPlus Phoenix who’ve just flexed their wings and started soaring towards the summit of Worlds. On the other side of the river, we have the tournament favorites, SKT T1 seeking revenge against G2 Esports for their semifinal loss during this year’s Mid-Season Invitational. It going to be an exciting weekend so remember to stock up on popcorn!
Semifinals start on November 2 with FPX VS IG.
