With the whole island of Luzon under quarantine to contain the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, PLDT has announced that it is extending the payment period for postpaid customers by 30 days. This includes all users who are subscribed to PLDT Home, PLDT Enterprise, Smart, and Sun postpaid plans.
With this, postpaid subscribers of PLDT services will have time to pay their bills. Much needed for a lot of people considering that not everyone is afforded the opportunity to work from home during the quarantine period.
Aside from PLDT, other utilities such as Meraclo have also delayed their payments due to the ongoing quarantine to curb the COVID-19 outbreak.
