OPPO gives back to medical frontliners with the Gift of Hope and Love campaign
Meals and PPEs were given to the medical frontliners!
OPPO along with various partners recently held the #GiftOfHopeAndLove campaign which helped out medical frontliners. The project was made in partnership with Franco’s Friends and Face Shields for Frontliners, and it was a great success!
OPPO x Franco’s Friends
Together with Franco’s Friends, two (2) days’ worth of Hoisin Orange Chicken meal packs were donated to brave medical frontliners, to empower them in their daily efforts to protect the community.
Through the campaign, OPPO and Franco’s Friends were able to provide to six (6) beneficiary hospitals: UP PGH, San Lazaro Hospital, San Juan de Dios Hospital, St. Luke’s Medical Center, Philippine Orthopedic Center, and UST Hospital. With Franco’s Friends reaching their 30,000th mark on the total number of package meals they’ve donated, they also commemorated all 900 meals from April 26 from 27 as gifts shared under the OPPO #GiftOfHopeAndLove initiative.
OPPO x Face Shields for Frontliners
Joining in on the efforts to equip frontliners, OPPO was able to donate eight thousand (8,000) pieces of medical face shields with the help of Face Shields for Frontliners, to three (3) beneficiary groups – the Philippine Navy, Philippine Red Cross, and Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital Manila.
Apart from providing medical equipment to frontliners, Face Shields for Frontliners is also happy to announce that the project’s support contributed to sustaining a livelihood for local tricycle drivers, construction workers, and other daily laborers who are the very foundation behind the meticulous production of the face shields.
