ESGS 2020 is going digital with an online event happening this October
The Philippines' biggest gaming event is still happening this year!
Given the ongoing community quarantine, major events and conventions are pretty much a no-go. Because of this, we expected the Esports and Gaming Summit–the Philippines’ biggest gaming event–to not push through this year. While it’s true that ESGS won’t happen at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City this year, it’ll still happen this October!
Gariath Concepts recently announced that ESGS 2020 is going digital this year, with an online version of ESGS scheduled on October 23-25, 2020! The announcement was made via the official ESGS Facebook page.

As per the announcement, the online version of ESGS will feature various tournaments, upcoming games, the latest tech, and even meet-and-greets with personalities. Aside from these details though, Gariath Concepts has yet to release more details on what to expect with ESGS 2020.
Even though we still don’t have much of an idea regarding what to expect, this is still great news as we just can’t imagine a year without ESGS. Plus, it’ll be exciting to see how ESGS will pull off its first-ever digital show.
