OPPO releases the A53 (4GB) and A12 budget smartphones in the Philippines

OPPO has just added two new smartphones to its budget-friendly A series, the new A53 and A12. Both phones come packed with premium features, all while having price tags that are well below PHP 10k. This makes the new OPPO phones well worth considering for users on a budget.

First up, we have the OPPO A53, a smartphone that packs a 90Hz refresh rate display, a Snapdragon 460 processor, a 13MP + 2MP + 2MP triple camera setup, and a large 5,000mAh battery. Even with the phones list of premium features, the A53 (4GB RAM version) is priced at only PHP 8,990.

The OPPO A53 (4GB) is available now at OPPO concept and online stores, partner dealers, and e-commerce partners Shopee and Lazada. The phone is also available via Home Credit under 6-month or 9-month installment plans

Up next, we have the OPPO A12, a phone that packs a MediaTek Helio P35 processor, a 4,250mAh battery, a 6.22-inch HD+ display, and a dual camera setup. As for pricing, the A12 is priced at PHP 6,990 and PHP 5,990 for the 4GB RAM and 3GB RAM variants respectively.

Aside from being available in stores and online, the OPPO A12 can also be had with Globe and Smart’s postpaid offerings. For Globe users under Globe Postpaid Plan599, you can get your own OPPO A12 (3GB) with only PHP500 cash out, plus a Rock Space Y1 Earphones and a PHP300 worth Sodexo gift voucher for free.
