Toei Animation, Toho and Studio Khara just released us with the first 12 minutes of Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time.
For those who can’t wait to see Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time, it would delight you to know that Toei Animation, Toho and Studio Khara just teased us with the first 12 minutes of the movie!

In case you’re unfamiliar, Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time is the fourth and final film in the Rebuild of Evangelion movie series. The Rebuild saga itself is a re-imagining of Hideaki Anno’s 1998 Neon Genesis Evangelion anime series. While the first film in the series sticks close to the original story, the two subsequent movies differ greatly in story. In fact, the later films even introduce new characters.
The movie released in Japan last week, March 8. A worldwide release however, has yet to be announced.
The final Rebuild movie was originally set to release in Japanese cinemas on June 2020, but was delayed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
