Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles Asia release date announced

SEGA has announced that Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles will release in Asia on October 14, 2021.

Following the recent webcast, SEGA has finally announced the release date of Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles in Asia. The game will release in the Philippines and the rest of Southeast Asia on October 14 for PlayStation and Xbox, with a PC release following on October 16.

Alongside the release date announcement, SEGA also unveiled the Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles Limited Edition PS4 package. This limited edition version of The Hinokami Chronicles comes with a PS4 disc copy of the game, an original figurine device stand (featuring Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke), and a digital product code for various in-game content.

The digital product code features the following in-game items:

  • Character Unlock Keys for Kimetsu Academy Tanjiro Kamado, Kimetsu Academy Nezuko Kamado, Kimetsu Academy Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Kimetsu Academy Inosuke Hashibira
  • Set of 13 Avatars: Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, Inosuke Hashibira, Giyu Tomioka, Shinobu Kocho, Kyojuro Rengoku, Sakonji Urokodaki, Sabito, Makomo, Murata, Tanjiro Kamado (Hinokami Kagura), and Tanjiro Kamado (Final Selection)
  • In-game costume Butterfly Mansion Patient Wear for Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibira
  • 8000 Kimetsu Points for unlocking items and features.
  • Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles Theme (PS4)
  • Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles Dynamic Custom Theme (PS4)

Finally, SEGA released two new intro trailers for the game. These intro trailers are for the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku and the Insect Hashira, Shinobu Kocho.

Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles will release on October 14, 2021 for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The game will then release on October 16, 2021 for PC via Steam.
