Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water announced for PC and consoles
Fatal Frame 5 makes a comeback announced during Nintendo Direct E3 2021 the survival horror will be ported to PC and consoles.
Koei Tecmo’s survival horror game Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water makes a return later this year for the Nintendo Switch!
Revealed during Nintendo Direct E3 2021, the fifth instalment of the Fatal Frame series was initially released in 2014 exclusively for the Nintendo Wii U, utilizing the console’s second screen for battling supernatural foes. Maiden of Black Water did not manage to get a big audience when it first came out (likely due to the Wii U only release), but by making the game open for all platforms, the revival of the series might be possible. This new version will have an updated visual and will also come with new costumes and a new photo mode.
Fatal Frame: Maiden of the Black Water will release for the Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Series X/S later this year.
