Hololive Idols Oozora Subaru, Minato Aqua, and Momosuzu Nene have formed a new Idol unit called NEGI☆U, and it was announced through Hololive’s Twitter account. It was also revealed that the group will release their first single titled “Tsumari wa Itsumo Kujikenai!“. This single will also premiere as the ending theme for the upcoming anime adaptation of Konbu, Wakame’s manga series, The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!

Physical copies of the single will go on sale in Japan on September 1, 2021. Accompanying this single is the song titled “Meiku Apputo~ru~”, which is the opening theme for Hololive’s Idol Project upcoming Radio show.
The English release of The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated! is handled by Square Enix Manga and Books. Here’s how they describe the premise of the series:
“The Great Jahy, the Dark Realm’s second-in-command, cuts a frightening figure, feared and revered by all. But when a run-in with a magical girl results in the destruction of the precious mana crystal, the Dark Realm falls, transporting the newly puny and powerless Jahy to the human world! Unfortunately, plotting the revival of the Dark Realm from a cramped, crumbling one-room apartment is no easy feat when you have rent to pay and a job to keep!”
The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated! will air in July 31, 2021.
