Fresh out of Tokyo Game Show 2021, Square Enix showcased a brand-new trailer for their upcoming battle royale game set for mobile called Final Fantasy VII The First Soldier.

Based on what we saw, the game looks to be set years before the events of Final Fantasy VII. Aside from showing the different classes that you can try out, there are some familiar FF7 locales that you can discover in-game. Also… Chocobos!
No specific release date yet but the game is set for a 2021 release for both iOS and Android devices.
