Xiaomi’s First Exclusive Service Center in the Philippines is Now Open

Xiaomi has launched its first exclusive service center in the Philippines which is a definite plus for your after-sales experience with your devices!

The service center can be found at the ground floor of the Market! Market! Serendra Wing  in Bonifacio Global City, and it will be a place where you can both purchase products as well as avail of after-sales support directly from Xiaomi.

The opening of the center also marks the beginning of even more innovations to Xiaomi Customer Service, according to Xiaomi Philippines Service Manager Joel Salera.

Should you be in need of any of Xiaomi’s after-sales services, you can simply drop by the Exclusive Service Center or any authorized providers to present your Xiaomi smartphones or Xiaomi Pad 5s that require servicing. There a Xiaomi representative will get your details, verify warranty coverage, and then issue you a service order claim once everything checks out. For minor concerns, Xiaomi customers can expect to get back their gadgets within less than a day, while complex cases might take a couple more days.
