Apex Legends Mobile will be receiving a limited regional release starting next week. This first rollout will include ten countries, including the Philippines. In light of this first phase, Respawn Entertainment stated that this is meant to test the waters in order to continue working on in-game systems, features, and more mechanics prior to the official launch.

The regional launch will be available on Android and iOS, and limited to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, and the Philippines.

    For Android:

    Android 8.1
    Open GL 3.0 or higher
    3 GB free space
    At least 3 GB RAM
    Screens size: N/L/XL

    For iOS:

    iPhone 6S or later
    OS version: 10.0 or later
    CPU: A9
    3 GB free space
    At least 2GB RAM

It’s also worth noting that this title is being built specifically for mobile, and won’t feature cross-play with the console or PC versions of Apex Legends. Whether or not game emulators will find a workaround for this has yet to be seen.

Apex Legends Mobile is currently available for pre-registration on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
