Resident Evil Village VR announced, releasing on PS VR2

At the latest State of Play stream, Capcom and Sony announced Resident Evil Village VR, and it will release on PlayStation VR2.

A virtual reality version of Resident Evil Village isn’t too surprising given that RE7 also got PSVR support. Though this time, it will be interesting to see how the game will incorporate Sony’s new PS VR2 controllers which promise to give a more immersive experience.

If you ask us, we’re excited not just for the controls, but also to see Lady Dimitrescu in VR! We can pass on the giant baby though.

Resident Evil Village VR is coming soon to PlayStation VR2, though there’s no word yet on a specific release date.
