Resident Evil Village VR Mode launches February 22 as a free DLC
A free demo will aslo be available on the same day.
Capcom recently released a new trailer for the PlayStation VR2 version of Resident Evil Village. Check out the video below:
There’s 2 things that will get you excited for this. First is that when the launches, the PlayStation VR2 version of Resident Evil Village will become readily available as free downloadable content for players who own either Resident Evil Village or Resident Evil Village Gold Edition. Second, if you are still hesitant on trying the VR mode out, a playable demo will release on the same day.
The previous title, Resident Evil 7 Biohazard also had a stellar VR mode that utilized the hardware to its full potential and felt like a perfect fit to try out the game in the new medium. If that was a good indicator, I would expect no less for Resident Evil Village.
Resident Evil Village is available now for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox One
Xbox Series X/S platform. The free VR Mode DLC will be available to download on February 22, 2023.
