ASUS unveils Zenbook S 13 OLED at 'Thincredible' launch event

We recently took part in quite the Thincredible product launch as ASUS introduced the newest laptops in their Zenbook and Vivobook lineups.

The Zenbook S 13 OLED (UX5304) debuted as the world’s slimmest OLED ultraportable laptop at only 1 cm thin and weighs just 1 kg. The Intel Evo-certified laptop boasts an ultra-compact chassis equipped with the stunning new ASUS Lumina OLED displays, ASUS IceCool technology, 63 Wh battery life, and guaranteed sustainability.

Alongside the Zenbook S 13 OLED, we’re introduced to the new Zenbook 14X OLED (UX3404), a compact and high-performance portable laptop, and Zenbook 14 Flip OLED
(UP3404), a versatile convertible ultraportable laptop.

ASUS also revealed ASUS Lumina OLED, the new name for its OLED displays that
provide a superior visual experience that goes beyond the standard of traditional OLED displays. The Zenbook S 13 OLED will be one of the first to sport the new ASUS Lumina OLED displays.

In line with the aforementioned sustainability, the new Basalt Gray model of the Zenbook S 13 OLED features the exclusive ASUS Plasma Ceramic Aluminum material ensures an increase in wear resistance, corrosion protection, thermal management, hardness, and overall lifespan. It also makes use of recycled materials, including post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastics, post-industrial recycled (PIR) aluminum, and PIR magnesium alloy.

Lastly, a thrilling collaboration between ASUS and famous streetwear brand, A Bathing Ape
(BAPE) was announced at the event. The ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED BAPE Edition, marks the first time BAPE has ever teamed up to launch a laptop and comes just in time for the brand’s 30th anniversary. This laptop comes with a trendy colorway as well as featuring a bundle of accessories, including a carry bag, mouse, figurines, and much more.
