Following the first season’s finale, Oshi no Ko Season 2 was confirmed, and it will cover the Tokyo Blade arc in the manga.

The first season’s 11th and final episode was released yesterday (JP/PH time), and while it ended with a satisfying debut for B-Komachi, it does hype up the next arc which will feature Aqua, Kana, and Akane involved in an interesting stage production.

Season 2’s reveal was made via an announcement video which you can watch here:

This video isn’t a trailer though as the second season is still likely early into production. Though given the anime’s success, we won’t be surprised to see Oshi no Ko season 2 get released as early as next year.

Along with the announcement video, a new visual for the second season was also released, and it’s a remake of the first season’s KV, albeit with some changes that reflect the upcoming story.

Oshi no Ko is an anime series by Doga Kobo that’s based on the manga of the same name written by Aka Akasaka, the creator of the hit series Kaguya-sama: Love is War.

This new anime became a huge hit following the release of its feature-length first episode. Since then, the show has become one of the most-talked about anime of the year so far thanks to its unique premise and compelling story.
