The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 comes in three variants: the S9, S9+, and S9 Ultra.

Alongside the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Flip5, Samsung also unveiled its newest tablet lineup — the Galaxy Tab S9 series.

This new line of Android tablets comes in three options: the S9, S9 +, and S9 Ultra. And while they may differ in size, all three models in the lineup promise to deliver reliable performance for productivity, as well as being good all-in-one entertainment devices.

The reason why they’re such good entertainment devices (at least on paper) is that the Galaxy Tab S9 tablets all feature Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays, meaning they should be great for watching your favorite movies and shows. Previously, only the higher-end models came with AMOLED screens.

To complement these, the Tab S9 line also comes with larger quad speakers with sound by AKG speaker system and Dolby Atmos. With this, the tablets should deliver good sound quality, enough for your next binge-watching session.

When it comes to productivity though, the Tab S9 series devices come with S Pens so you can easily jot down notes or even draw some art if you’re an artist (professional or otherwise).

What’s also cool about the S Pen is that it is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance. And yes, all the tablets in this lineup come with IP68 ratings as well.

Finally, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series tablets are powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processors, meaning they should have enough power for your productivity needs. This is important if you want to use the Tab S9 devices as a laptop replacement.

The Galaxy Tab S9 series is available for pre-order in select regions from July 26, and it will be available starting August 17.

This lineup features a 14.6-inch screen for the Tab S9 Ultra, a 12.4-inch display on the Tab S9+, and an 11-inch screen on the Tab S9.

The premium experience is protected and supported by four generations of One UI and Android OS upgrades and by five years of security updates. Samsung Care+, a support service for accidental damages, offers special discounts and free benefits during pre-order periods.
