While vivo’s next X series flagship has not been officially launched yet, reports leaked the likely specs of the vivo X100.

Last year, vivo launched the X80 series, a lineup featuring the impressive X80 Pro that is able to capture cinematic videos and photos. While the next entry in the X Series hasn’t been revealed officially yet, new reports have leaked the potential specs, including its display, processor, and more.

According to Mobile China, the X100 will feature a curved display with a 2K resolution. Meanwhile, it is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, complete with up to 26GB of RAM and up to 1TB of memory.

There’s also info on the phone’s camera. Specifically, it’s said that the rear shooter setup will have an ultra-high-pixel large-bottomed periscope telephoto lens. Based on vivo’s recent camera tech showcase, it’s likely that the X100 will also get a ZEISS-branded camera setup.

Other features of the phone according to the report, include an ultrasonic under-screen fingerprint scanner, a one-inch glass-plastic-coated hybrid main camera, and a high-capacity battery with up to 120W wired and 50W wireless charging.

Back in June 2023, vivo unveiled the X90s. Given this, it’s likely that the next X series model will take a bit longer to launch.

This also likely means, at least based on the leaked news, that the vivo X100 Pro+ will likely be released in early 2024.

Finally, the vivo X100 Pro and vivo X100 Standard Edition are said to launch by the end of 2023. For now, we’ll have to wait and see for more official news from vivo.
