SUGOI ANIME FEST brins back The First Slam Dunk, Your Name, and Weathering With You to PH cinemas
These anime screenings will take place this weekend at Robinsons Galleria!
Great news for Pinoy anime fans — Robinsons Movieworld announced its SUGOI ANIME FEST event which brings back The First Slam Dunk, Your Name, and Weathering With You to cinemas!
The anime fest was announced via Robinson Movieworld via its official Facebook page. There, the lineup and the screening schedules were revealed.
Fans will be able to watch the three anime movies in the lineup from December 1 to 3 at Robinsons Galleria.
Here is the Sugoi Anime Fest complete schedule:
- December 1 (Friday)
- Your Name – 12 PM
- Weathering With You – 2:15 PM
- The First Slam Dunk – 4:45 PM | 7:15 PM
- December 2 (Saturday)
- The First Slam Dunk – 12 PM | 7:15 PM
- Your Name – 2:30 PM
- Weathering With You – 4:45 PM
- December 3 (Sunday)
- Weathering With You – 12 PM
- The First Slam Dunk – 2:30 PM | 7:15 PM
- Your Name – 5 PM
Unlike standard movie tickets which cost nearly PHP 400, tickets for the SUGOI ANIME FEST screenings will be priced at only PHP 175 each.
The First Slam Dunk was released in PH cinemas earlier this year, and for those who haven’t seen it yet, it’s a definite must-see. Meanwhile, Makoto Shinkai’s Your Name and Weathering With You are incredibly popular films among anime fans in the Philippines as they’ve been released in cinemas back in 2016 and 2019, respectively. Now, fans can get a chance to see them again in the big screen.
For now, tickets are not yet available on the Robinsons Movieworld website. Though you can expect to see them be made available in the coming days.
