For those looking to break into the gaming industry, Ubisoft Philippines is holding a special class at ESGS 2023 this weekend.
Ubisoft Philippines is one of the key studios that help bring Ubisoft’s big triple-A games to life. Recently, the Philippine studio worked on Assassin’s Creed Mirage, the latest entry in the long-running franchise. Mirage is also a major milestone for the studio as it’s the 11th triple-A game they worked on which includes titles like Far Cry 6 and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
For those looking to enter the PH gaming industry, Ubisoft Philippines is joining ESGS 2023 Gaming Class sessions with a Game Dev Career Panel. Titled “From One Day to Day One,” this panel will feature Lead Level Designer Michael Sean Tan, Lead Programmer Dennis Li, Associate Lead Artist Philip Nery and more as they talk about their personal journeys in the industry. They’ll also share tips for people who want to get a career in game development.
