Sonic Superstars gets free Sonic Holiday Costume DLC
Here's a fun little treat for Sonic fans this Christmas.
Just in time for Christmas, SEGA announced that Sonic Superstars players can get this Sonic Holiday Costume DLC for free.
This new free DLC adds a cute Santa outfit for Sonic which players can use to add some extra holiday cheer during their gameplay sessions. Here’s a look at the new costume:
To install, this DLC, players can simply download the Sonic Holiday Costume DLC from the Sonic Superstars store page, then select the skin during the character selection screen.
Along with the DLC, SEGA also shared the game’s official Accolades trailer in Asia. You can watch it here:
In case you missed its release, Superstars is the latest Sonic the Hedgehog game, and it features gameplay that harkens back to the classic Genesis/Mega Drive era.
Of course, there are some updates here. Along with a more modern look, the game also adds four-player local co-op — a first for the series. With this, players can complete the game’s entire story with three other players for a different kind of Sonic experience.
Sonic Superstars is available now on the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
