Spy x Family Code: White is coming to Philippine cinemas this March

Following its Japanese release, the Spy x Family Code: White movie finally has an official Philippines cinema release date!

Specifically, the new Spy x Family movie is confirmed to be released in Philippine cinemas on March 13, 2024. This is based on an announcement from Encore Films Philippines, the official distributor of anime films like The Boy and the Heron in the Philippines.

With this, fans of the hit Spy x Family anime can finally see the loveable Forger family on another adventure.

This movie was announced back in December 2022, and unlike the anime series, it’s not based on an existing arc from the manga. Instead, it features an all-new story, though fans shouldn’t worry as the story is still written by series creator, Tatsuya Endo.

Code: White was initially released in Japanese cinemas in December 2023. As the anime series is hugely popular in Japan, it should come as no surprise that the movie became a big box office hit in Japan as it took the top spot in the domestic chart.

Given that Spy x Family is also incredibly popular internationally, the upcoming film’s release should be one that anime fans will want to mark on their calendars.

Spy x Family Code: White will be released in cinemas in the Philippines on March 13. An official cinema list will likely be revealed closer to the film’s release date.
