Final Fantasy VII Rebirth official soundtrack now on sale

Fingers crossed that FF7 Rebirth's soundtrack will also be released soon on streaming platforms.

ONE Store Beta Now Available

After releasing the official preview EP, Square Enix’s Final Fantasy VII Rebirth official soundtrack is now on sale, and it comes in two physical versions.

Back in March, Square Enix released the Preview Version of the soundtrack on streaming platforms such as Spotify, and it features five tracks. Now, fans who want to listen to all the songs in Rebirth can do so with the release of the official soundtrack.

The soundtrack is out now in Square Enix’s Japan store, and they’re available in two physical versions: the Standard and Special Edit editions.

First, the Standard Edition (priced at JPY 6,800) comes with a sleek black packaging with artwork of Aerith inside for the disc cases. This package comes with seven discs, with a total of 175 songs.

Meanwhile, the Special Edit version (JPY 8,000) comes with eight discs for a total of 209 songs. What makes this version special aside from the bonus disc is that it comes with eye-catching packaging, including a box with Cloud’s Buster Sword on the cover.

For now, there’s no word yet on a streaming release date for the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth official soundtrack. Given that the FF7 Remake soundtrack was eventually released on Spotify and other sites, it’s likely that the full Rebirth OST will also be released on streaming platforms at some point.
