Along with new monitors and a 3D camera, Acer recently launched a new lineup of TravelMate business laptops, all of which have built-in NPUs for AI features.
Acer’s newest TravelMate devices promise to be great partners for productivity, especially for users who want to take advantage of AI tech. To access these, the laptops have the new Acer Experience Zone which features a list of the devices’ AI features. This is on top of the Copilot hotkey which features easy access to Microsoft’s AI tech.
For starters, there’s the Acer TravelMate P6 14 which runs on the latest Intel Core Ultra 7 processors. The laptops also come with up to 32GB of RAM and a up to a 1TB M.2 PCIe SSD.
For its display, the laptop has a 14-inch WQXGA+ OLED (2880 x 1800) screen, available in touch and non-touch options. This screen also features a 16:10 aspect ratio, along with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut support and VESA HDR TrueBlack 500 certification. Meanwhile, connectivity should be good for most users as it features Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3, complete with ports like Thunderbolt 4.
Next is the TravelMate P4 Series which features a convertible design, along with models that have 14 and 16-inch screens.
First is the Acer TravelMate P4 Spin 14 (TMP414RN-54) which is powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor 165U and packs a 14-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200) display with a touch option and a 16:10 aspect ratio.
Next is the Acer TravelMate P4 16 (TMP416-53) which also features the latest Intel Core Ultra processors and can be configured to have up to 64GB of RAM. Its screen meanwhile is a WUXGA (1920×1200) panel.
Finally, there’s the Acer TravelMate P4 14 (TMP414-42-TCO). Unlike the previous two P4 laptops, this one is powered by the latest AMD Ryzen PRO 8040 Series processors with AMD Ryzen AI. This also has up to 64GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of PCIe Gen4 storage.
