The OPPO A5 Pro is now available in a new variant in the Philippines

The A5 Pro is now available in a middle-of-the-road variant.

After launching the phone earlier this year, OPPO has now released the 8GB+256GB variant of the A5 Pro in the Philippines.

This new variant of the A5 Pro is a 4G model, though unlike the most affordable variant, it has a bigger 265GB storage, all while still having 8G of RAM. As for price, the new variant has a PHP 13,999 price tag.

In case you missed its launch, the A5 Pro is a smartphone that promises to be extra durable thanks to its dust and water resistance, coupled with Military-Grade Shock Resistance, double-tempered glass, and enhanced interior protection. It also has a 5800mAh battery and 45W fast charging.

Aside from its toughness, the A5 Pro packs a 50MP main camera and an 8MP selfie shooter. These cameras include imaging features such as Livephoto, Portrait Mode, AI Retouching, AI Editor, and more.

To celebrate the launch, OPPO announced the #OPPOA5ProSnapandSlay Dance Challenge where contestants can win PHP 1 million!
