JBL launches PartyBox 520, Flip 7, Charge 6, and Horizon 3 in the Philippines

JBL just unveiled its latest 2025 additions, ranging from smaller portable devices to new PartyBox speakers.

After its launch of the first 2025 series speakers back in December, JBL has now unveiled its latest line of speakers that are coming to the Philippines, including the PartyBox 520, Flip 7, Charge 6, and Horizon 3.

As is the case with JBL’s other product launches in the country, this latest one was quite a party – perfect for the new audio devices, which are made for parties on the go. To be exact, the launch event titled the “JBL Experience” happened on May 28 at the HYDRO Super Club in Quezon City. There, the latest speakers from the brand were showcased alongside some thumping beats.

First up, we have the new PartyBox devices, including the 520, the Encore 2, and the Essential 2. At this point, the PartyBox has become synonymous with get-togethers, given that many folks in the country use a PartyBox for parties and gatherings given the powerful sound, impressive battery life, and easy connectivity.

The new 520 is the most powerful battery-powered speaker in the series, and it features an IPX4 splashproof design, along with AI Sound Boost for better audio. Meanwhile, the Encore 2 and Essential 2 are more portable versions of the PartyBox that also promise big sound and long battery life.

Next, we have the JBL Flip 7. This is the newest entry in the brand’s signature portable speaker series, and it comes with a redesign, adding an interchangeable finger loop and carabiner hook. Thanks to this, the Flip 7 should be easier to bring anywhere.

These speakers also pack AI Sound Boost, an IP68 waterproof and dustproof rating, Auracast support, and up to 16 hours of battery life.

Another speaker with a similar form factor is the Charge 6. It comes with a detachable handle strap so that users can easily bring it everywhere. It also promises impressive 28 hours of battery when using Playtime Boost, not to mention that it should output deeper bass thanks to its upgraded woofer.

Finally, we have the JBL Horizon 3. This is made so you can get some good sleep after a fun party as it packs features that are created to improve sleep cycles. These include ambient lighting and relaxing sounds that plays at the right moments, depending on the user’s schedule. What’s more, the Horizon 3 features dual alarms, an FM radio, and an easy-to-use control knob. Of course, it’s also a capable speaker in its own right.

The new JBL audio devices have the following price tags in the Philippines:

  • Charge 6 – PHP 10,999
  • Flip 7 – PHP 7,999
  • PartyBox Encore 2 – PHP 24,999
  • PartyBox 520: PHP 42,999
  • PartyBox Encore Essential 2 – PHP 18,999
