Global mobile brand Infinix just secured two Bronze Stevie Awards for esports and digital commerce initiatives. The smartphone manufacturer received recognition at both the 2025 International Business Awards and Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, highlighting its strategies in youth engagement and social commerce.
At the International Business Awards, Infinix won in the Art, Entertainment & Public – eSports Event category for its Infinix University League. The program targets university students playing Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Honor of Kings, creating competitive opportunities for collegiate gamers. The initiative demonstrates Infinix’s focus on the Philippine esports ecosystem and youth empowerment through gaming platforms.
The Asia-Pacific Stevie Award recognized Infinix’s Most Innovative TikTok Channel for its 24/7 live streaming shop operations. The always-on format transformed the brand’s e-commerce approach by providing continuous product demonstrations and interactive purchasing opportunities through TikTok’s platform. The strategy represents a shift toward persistent live content in social commerce.
