Netopia AI recently announced that it is joining Velocity by 917Ventures by Globe to help scale up Predikta, the company’s behavioral AI platform.
For those unfamiliar, Velocity by 917Ventures is the venture-building arm of Globe that aims to help startups (especially in the AI field) grow. Netopia AI is the pioneer startup of Globe’s venture, and its Predikta platform will be integrated within Globe’s omnitech subsidiary, Brave Connective Holdings, to help it scale up and validate its results.
So, what exactly is Predikta? Well, it’s an AI platform that promises to address risks that marketing professionals run into for campaigns. What it does is that it uses “digital populations” to simulate human sentiment and behavior in minutes. Thus, marketers can use it to simulate marketing campaigns and see how audiences can potentially react. This aims to minimize the risk of investing millions in a marketing campaign without knowing how the public will react.
Regarding this partnership, Axel Kornerup, Co-Founder and CEO of Netopia AI, said:
“What if you could understand how people are likely to respond before you launch? Working within the Globe ecosystem gives us the scale and diversity needed to rigorously validate Predikta’s simulations and improve their relevance to real-world decision-making.”
Meanwhile, Vince Yamat, CEO and Managing Director of 917Ventures, said: “At 917Ventures, we partner with startups building technologies that can redefine industries, and Predikta demonstrates strong potential to transform how brands and organizations approach strategy and communications. Through Velocity, we aim to help founders validate and deploy solutions in real-world environments. Solutions like Predikta can then help businesses move from reactive strategies to proactive, data-led success.”

As part of this collaboration, 917Ventures will not only give Netopia AI access to Globe’s infrastructure and enterprise environment, but it will also take an equity stake in the startup. Thanks to this, Predikta will be able to collaborate with Brave Connective and its subsidiaries, AdSpark and Inquiro, to test out its capabilities in real-world use cases.
