ASUS recently launched the new ExpertBook Ultra in the Philippines, and it might just be the best Windows laptop for business owners and executives.
Over the years, we’ve seen plenty of capable business laptops from the ASUS ExpertBook line, but the new Ultra model is perhaps the most impressive, enough that ASUS calls it “The Flagship of the Industry. Period.”
Given its impressive specs, incredibly thin frame, and seriously good reliability, the new ExpertBook Ultra is no doubt a laptop that should satisfy the needs of high-level business professionals.
For starters, the ExpertBook Ultra is powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra X9 Series 3 Processor with a 50W CPU TDP (Thermal Design Power). It also packs a dedicated NPU for AI-assisted workloads, as well as integrated Intel Arc B390 graphics, which should have an equivalent performance to an NVIDIA RTX4050 at 30W TGP. These are further complemented by a fast PCIe Gen5x4 SSD.
The laptop also has a frame made from aerospace-grade AZ31B magnesium-aluminum alloy, giving it excellent bend and drop resistance. Even with how tough it is, the laptop weighs just 0.99 kg with an ultra-thin 10.9 mm profile, making it one of the most portable business laptops you can get. It even has a 9H-hardness ASUS Nano Ceramic Technology surface treatment for better scratch and wear resistance.
Battery life should also be long, as the Intel processor is quite efficient, all while being paired with a 70Wh battery. According to ASUS, the laptop can last for up to 26 hours on a single charge.
It also has a wealth of I/o options, a 1.5mm key travel keyboard, and a 14-inch 3K (2880×1800) anti-glare Tandem OLED touch display. As a bonus, you also get good sound quality, courtesy of its 6-speaker Dolby Atmos spatial audio system.
