It kinda sucks how I pre-ordered and paid for my copy and not getting the first batch because of an event I can’t attend. I’m now discouraged to pre-order stuff :/
I think it’s because it’s a separate special event. If you can’t go, I believe the pre-order still secures your copy on the global release date. 🙂
here’s to hoping for a successful event.
personally, it feels like a cash grab
Hmm… I don’t see it that way though. I think it’s more of just having a great pre-launch party with the added plus of getting your copy waay ahead of the global release date. For the price and knowing what it covers (food, drink, activities, chance to win stuff) I honestly think it’s an OK price to an awesome event 🙂
