OPPO strengthens commitment to 5G with a range of new product innovations

Following the launch of the OPPO Find X2 series last week, OPPO has also unveiled a range of innovative new products that strengthen the company’s push for 5G connectivity. Among the new products include the Find X2 Pro Automobilil Lamborghini Edition (which is a 5G-enabled smartphone), as well as the OPPO 5G CPE Omni.
The Find X2 Pro Automobilil Lamborghini Edition is a special version of the new Find X2 Pro, and it features a unique finish and is emblazoned with the Lamborghini logo. The phone also packs Lamborghini-themed accessories such as a phone case, true wireless earbuds, a charging cable, a fast charger, and a car charger.
For its cameras, this edition shares the Find X2 Pro’s triple rear camera setup that consists of a 13MP telephoto camera (with up to 10x hybrid zoom, 60x digital zoom), a 48MP ultra-wide camera (with a Sony IMX586 sensor), and a 48MP main shooter (with the new Sony IMX689 sensor). Other features of the phone include a 120Hz refresh rate display, a Snapdragon 865 SoC, and 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 support.
Complementing the Find X2 Pro Lamborghini edition is the new OPPO Watch, the brand’s first-ever smartwatch. The OPPO Watch features built-in cellular connectivity, as well as a comprehensive health monitoring system. The smartwatch also has VOOC Flash Charging tech, meaning it can be fully charged in just 75 minutes, with a 15 minute charge letting it run for 18 hours.
Finally, OPPO introduced the OPPO 5G CPE Omni, a home internet devices that harnesses the power of 5G to deliver incredibly fast speeds. The OPPO 5G CPE Omni is powered by a Snapdragon X55 modem, and it features the brand’s proprietary O-Reserve 5G smart antenna and O-Motion 360° 5G antenna, meaning it is capable of delivering speeds of up to 7.5Gbps in 5G networks. The device will be available in Western Europe and Asia Pacific regions in 2020.
